Keelung is a port in northern Taiwan.

Rare Taiwan Infantry Unit with flags and blossom design. Note that the city in
Taiwan is also named, which is extremely rare. The old name for Yuli (east
central city in Taiwan) is Boshiko, which is used here.

Japanese emperor in the design.
