Shoubu-kai
Noble Warriors Association
The Shoubu-kai was one of the right-wing military groups in Imperial Japan. Abolished in 1945 because it promoted practice of the martial arts, it resurfaced after the Occupation. Now, as before the war, there are branches all across the country.
Translated literally: SHOU means Noble, BU means Warrior, and KAI means Association.
The usual design of this group has a broken arrow and a shovel with a blossom. However, there are many other designs on cups from this group, too.
