The Tripartite Pact:
Axis Commemorative Items pg 2
I think this is a flier from Imperial Japan.
This has the flags of the three Axis powers,
which are very hard to find on items. In
addition, the Manchukuo flag (1932-1945)
and Chinese Nationalist flag are also
hanging above the woman. Above is a
Japanese fighter plane.

What exactly is this? It appears to have
been a paper inserted into something else,
perhaps in a package of some goods. The
woman being central to the pattern, it was
probably something for women. I am not
sure. Nothing is written on the front or the
back.

Size: 22.5 cm long, 17.5 cm wide. Made of
thin glossy paper.
A rare wall calendar from Imperial Japan. This has the flags of
the three Axis powers, which are very hard to find on items.
The bottom half shows a calendar from 1938.

Details: This was made by a flag making company, and its
advertisement is in the lower left half. In the central circle are
details about the Japanese flag and its connection with the
Japanese spirit. On either side of this are illustrations about
how to fly the flag in different situations.

Size: 53.5 cm long, 39 cm wide.
Small pin-back badge. Inscribed 'Inoue English Correspondence School.'
Tennis match ticket. Inscribed 'Japan Germany Friendly Tennis Match, Special
Ticket, One Yen.'
Very rare Tripartite Pact tea cup with two fighter planes. Note that the three flags of the Axis
countries are here.
Inscribed with the address of a store: 'Wakamatsu City, Sakae-cho, [21?] Koguma Store,
Telephone number 855, [place name?] Branch Store'.
